These terms govern use of the website. A photography booking has separate scope, price, usage, and delivery terms in a session agreement.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about Vasu’s photography services, portfolio, service area, planning resources, and inquiry process. Content may be updated as services and verified business details change.
Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting or preparing an inquiry does not reserve a date, establish a client relationship, or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after scope, price, travel, usage, timing, payment terms, and the session agreement are accepted through the process Vasu provides.
Quotes and service details
Website descriptions are general. A quote depends on the requested photography, Arkansas location, travel, timing, number of people, intended use, delivery, and special requirements. The signed session agreement controls if it differs from general website copy.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Unless a specific credit says otherwise, portfolio photographs and original website content are associated with Vasu’s Portraits and Candids. Do not copy, scrape, resell, modify, train models on, or commercially reuse photographs without written permission and the rights required from any depicted person.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, probe it for unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, abuse the contact process, or use portfolio images in a misleading, harassing, exploitative, or unlawful way.
Third-party services
Instagram and future booking, payment, gallery, or form services operate under their own terms. Vasu is not responsible for a third-party platform’s independent availability, security, or content.
No website guarantee
The website is provided as available. Reasonable care is taken with accuracy, security, accessibility, and performance, but uninterrupted access and complete freedom from errors cannot be guaranteed. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
